This salad server is made from the wood of a walnut tree that had to be felled locally. It shows the beautiful contrast between the light sapwood and the very dark heartwood.
The spatula is finished in walnut oil (what else?) and beeswax. Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not soak in water and definitely do not put in the dishwasher.
