This board has been designed as a pizza peel for inserting your pizza into the oven in the traditional way. It is tapered at the front to enable the removal of the pizza from the oven.
It can also be used as a serving or cutting board.
The board is made of southern yellow pine which is a very hard pine. The attractive grain pattern comes from the use of quarter sawn strips making for a very stable board.
The approximate dimensions are 440mm x 300mm x 18mm (17″ x 12″ x 3/4″).
