Giant Bowl in Sequoia

This very large bowl is made from the giant sequoia that had to be felled at Ross Priory, Loch Lomond. It has beautiful figuring showing the contrast between the dark red heartwood and the very light sapwood. The bowl sits on a small pedestal. One of the nicest bowls to emerge from the iconic tree.
