Giant Bowl in Sequoia

This very large bowl is made from the giant sequoia that had to be felled at Ross Priory, Loch Lomond. It is beautifully figured and is one of the nicest bowls to be produced from this iconic tree.
During the drying process the bowl developed a hairline crack. This has stabilised and will not compromise the use of the bowl and is only really visible on close inspection. This is reflected in the reduced price of the bowl.
